A decision was made to “go live” with Health-e-Arizona Plus (HEAplus) on Saturday, October 19, 2013. This date was selected because there is lighter system use on weekends, making it easier to manage the new system before the heavy work week use starts on Monday.
Before 10/19/13, HEAplus must be updated with application information entered in the current Health-e-Arizona (HEA) system during the prior 2 week period. This will require that access to HEA be stopped at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2013. HEA will not be available on Friday, October, 18, 2013. We apologize for this inconvenience.
If you can reschedule application appointments for Friday, October 18th to a later date, please do so. If you need to help customers with applications, please use the new paper application. It has been significantly revised and includes new questions. You can downloaded the paper application from the AHCCCS website: http://www.azahcccs.gov/applicants/application/AcuteCare.aspx . Click on the “Application for Benefits” link.
We are currently processing Multifactor Authentication documents for Community Partner Organizations and setting up accounts for new Community Partner Organizations in HEAplus. You will receive HEAplus log in instructions next week so you can activate your accounts.
